Outgoing Call Restriction For Panasonic

Hi guys. Looking for some help. I have a panasonic tda50. I need to set up 2 extensions to be restricted from making outgoing calls unless a code is entered. These extensions must still be able to answer incoming calls. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You can use phone lock. In extension settings assign a Pin number to the extension.
on the phone , pick up the phone and dial *77,1(to lock)
*77, 0+ Extn PIN(to unlock)

This will block out going calls but internal and incoming are not affected
