Outgoing call problem

Hello,

I have a IP Office 403 and a analog expansion.
I must call a 0 to dail out. With the phone manager it works great. But i can't call out with the normal phone.
Anybody know this problem?

IP office only supports DTMF dialing, check that the phone has not been set to loop disconnect.

This is usulay set by a small switch on the underside of the phone

But the phone use alrealdy DTMF dailing, so that is not the problem.

I have a short code 0N to dail and it works fine with phone manager. But not with a normal phone.

I had a similar problem this weekend but i think it was a faulty analog card so i'm sending it back. i could recive calls buti couldn't dial out it said disconected.

I also notice that 4 of the DT port lights were yellow without being in use and i tried two 403's
