Outgoing but no incomming

Ok Im running Exchange 5.5 and was making some adjustments in the Admin util. I now can only send messages out and exchange is not retrieving any messages off the remote server. Everything seems to be working. Does ETRN have to be set up a sertain way? Any Ideas of what I could have done to cause this?

I'm glad i'm not the only one experiencing this. I have the same exact problem on my Exchange 2000 server. Let me know if you found a way to fix it.
