Outgoing Access code in Mitel MiVoice Business Rel.9

Hi All,
I am new to Mitel MiVB previously worked on Mitel 470 & MXone system.
One of our client got Mitel MiVB Rel 9.0 & now figuring out client configuration.
I struggling to find were is outgoing access(to access PRI trunk) are define.
Client is using Digit 9 for trunk access & Digit 0 to reach out to operator( Please suggest where this code are define).

You can set the ARS access code to any digit. Most end users prefer 8 or 9. The code is set in the ARS DIGITS DIALED form. You should really take the MCD I&M course if you plan to install and maintain the Mitel MCD; the programming is not very easy and is somewhat convoluted.

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.
