Outdial with NAM 4.0 and MICS 5.0 with PRI

My problem is message notification with a MICS 5.0 and Nam 4.0.with a PRI. I've programmed message notification for outdial route as pool 1 in the Nam. However, when the user gets a voice mail, the Nam will not seize a channel out of the PRI. I have tried the message notification with some POTS lines that are configured in the Norstar system and they work just fine. I would greatly appreciate any help.
 
To use a PRI line for outdialing specify a dummy line . The dummy line will not be used for dialing and the user must add the PRI routing code before the telephone number in order to access a PRI line for outdialing.

i.e., use "line 10" for outdialing and have the MB owner add the PRI destination code before the outdial number. The same 'dummy line' can be used for all MB's.
 
Thanks for the response DueE.........I tried the dummy line but with no luck....I have entered the PRI routing code which is 9 and the cell phone number.....However, it still doesn't route to the PRI and dial out..........
