experts,

it's something for SCO:

if i run of one of these command, will it affect my system DB even if there's nothing wrong with the system?

1. tcbck - list missing DB files

2. authck - regenerate the protected password DB entry for root and any other users it finds missing.

am i gonna jeopardize my system.

i want to make sure that my system's DB is current. and some users can not login for unknown reason to me.

Those are not going to hurt anything but it's probably NOT where your problem is. Tony Lawrence
