outcalling?

hello all,

is there some trick to getting outcalling to work on a definity bcs? i have setup a mailbox to outcall, but when a message arrives - nothing happens. i checked the settings within message manager and it is set to outcall on all messages.

any ideas??

Have you set outcalling active ? to YES on the system parameters outcalling screen ?

The user also needs to go into their mailbox under administrative options to activate outcalling, set the number to dial, and set the outcalling schedule (9-5, 24x7, etc.)

Chuck, after verifying what lopes and fil suggested you should check to make sure that the COR of the Ext.(s) used as your Audix ports will allow for outcalling.
