Has anyone run into this.......I have a T1 coming into the G3si Ver.12 and sometimes when a modem dials out you can hear the connection but the modems don't communicate. I spoke with ONE Communications and they said that it was their problem and they were working on it. HOWEVER, in the mean time I need to have these devices dial out on a trunk group that uses copper. In my case TR 5.

When I dial the TAC I get the dial tone. Then I dial "9" (the lines in this trunk group are Centrex so I have to dial the access 9) But after that I have to dial the digits very slowly or the call does not go through. If I dial too fast I get the re-order tone as if the switch does not receive all of the digits that I dial.

Has anyone any information of what I can change to fix this.

Thanks.

skip0157,

as i see it you have two problems: digits not going through and modems not connecting. first problem can possibly be resolved by adjusting end to eng signaling delays on the third page of the trunk group, you should increase pause time. the second problem is different, the first thing to check is synchronization settings. make sure you get your sync from the t1 trunk.
