outcalling to blackberry

Installed pmvs 5 and my outcalling option (6) keeps saying invalid entry. The partner tutor on the pmvs R5 gives outcalling as a personal option for this mailbox but when I celect the option 6 the tutor keeps telling me that it is an invalid option. I haven't had this problem before. Any suggestions????

Did you allow outcalling for the mailbox from the system administrator's mailbox?
