Outcalling timer stuck on 5 VMPro

Has anyone ever had the Outcalling timer stuck on 5 seconds in a users VMPro mailbox outcalling settings? It lets me change it then it disappears and goes back to 5 seconds.

if I add a destination on a different mailbox it creates it with the default 15 seconds I press ok. When I re-open the settings the timer has been changed to 5 seconds.
