Is it possible to setup an outcall to not require the user to enter the mailbox and password upon receiving the outcall? I'm been trying to setup the phone numbers as "Trusted Numbers" but I dont think the CLID is being recognized since the system is calling out, not vice-versa. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have an IP Office 500 4.2(17) w/ WM Pro.

Thanks,
Joe

Just wanted to bump this one time to see if anyone has come up with any ideas? I'm still unable to get an outcall to not prompt for the user name and password. Is this even supported?

Thanks,
Joe

I don't think so. Security policies normally don't even allow the user to setup a mailbox without a password. Have thought of using UMS unified messaging to email? Would that help?
