Outcalling on Schedule 1

Customer wants to setup outcalling on a mailbox based on a schedule. The customer has 6 techs that take the after hours calls for one week periods. Instead of going into voicemail pro and editing the number each week, they are trying to automate this. Any ideas how this could be done? I have attempted to use the Callback action, but that seems to be for once the call is actually answered by the target of the outcalling.
 
Why not just use a group e-mail, I assume the tech on call checks that one.

I have build that for a customer once and it is working great.
The problem however is that I earn money implementing stuff like that and I am not the "giveaway" sort of person.
