I beleive I have explored every avenue, but lets be sure.
Magix with merlin messaging. Set up as "set up space" (not by me) OUt calling turned on, on 1 ext. Has been working for a year, now does not.
Checked admin programming, still set up on ext 43 mbox. Checked ext 43, he has everything still set up the same. Traced the vm ports, left message, and saw the vmail dial outpulse the digits that were programmed. (tried 11 digits and 7 digit dialing) then turned on smdr, saw the vmail dialing out on line 4 to the same number the vmail port was dialing.
The only thing thing that changed, was the cell phone was Nextel, now is cingular (I think).
I can dial his cell phone either 7 or 11 digits from his ext and the call goes through. Is there a problem with certain providers.
Just thinking, the only thing I didnt try changing was outcalling to a pager, it has always been set up as outcalling to a phone. Would that matter? PLease help.
