Outcalling on a Partner Messaging

When entering the outcalling number in, do i need to use a 9 or any pauses?

you need the 9, pauses are not necessary

On a Partner, you do need a pause after the 9. It is dialing directly on a CO line, so must wait for dialtone before continuing. A Legend/Magix or IP Office will be dialing through ARS, so no pause needed there.
