Intuity mode, software version 8.1(73)
I have setup outcalling on a virtual extension, but it doesn't seem to be working. I have tried it both with a 9 before the outside number and without. When I use a 9, I sometimes see an outcall attempt being made in System Status after leaving a message, but it seems to be sending the 9 on to the carrier. But if I try without a 9, I don't see any outcall attempts. Anyone have outcalling working successfully?
