Is it possible to have both outcalling and voicemail to email working at the same time with the same extension? I have a system on 9.1.5 basic mode that I am hoping to do just that. I can't find any documentation that says you have to pick one method or the other but I can't seem to get it to work either. In intuity mode I am struggling to even get the outcalling to work correctly. I can get it work internally but when I switch the number to an external number it doesn't want to work. When I use IP office mode I can get it work externally but when I turn copy to email on that works but outcalling stops working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
