Outcalling , also PMS

I have two brief questions, first outcalling on ext 10, acs R5 with mail VS r4 works, outcalliing from ext 12 does not...it is turned on both in admin and the mailbox, what could I be missing??
Second, is anyone aware of a property management software that works with ACS?? is it even possible to interact between a PMS and an ACS voice mail system? I have a small motel wanting PMS but not wanting to pay for a Mitel.

Hi ZoominCo,
If outcalling works for X10, it should work with X12 once set up. Check the outcalling # and make sure there is a "9," before the number. Also make sure it is set to call a phone and not a pager.
Are you looking for account billing info? Avaya makes "passageway", or you can hook up a serial printer to the SMDR port and do it manually. I'm sure Avaya must have something. Call them.
