Outcall notification

I have successfully configured Flash to dial out to a pager once a VM is left. It will dial the pager twice (once immediately after the message is left, followed by a second page in 5-10 minutes).

The problem is, if one does not retrieve the message by the second page, the system automatically leaves a VM stating the outcall number could not be reached. Is there anyway to deactivate this or increase the time before the second call?

The COSs are what will determine the number of attempts and the retry interval.

COS 1: retry interval 5 minutes/ number of attempts 3
COS 3: retry interval 10 minutes/ number of attempts 5
COS 7: retry interval 30 minutes/ number of attempts 9
COS 9: retry interval 5 minutes / number of attempts 3
COS 13: retry interval 15 minutes/ number of attempts 7
COS 15: retry interval 30 minutes/ number of attempts 9
