Outbound unanswered calls not showing

I know that our peticular situation is a bit different from the intended purpose of Symposium, but if fills the reporting void. We have a outbound call center (sales) that need to know the number of calls an agent has made. We have done tests that confirm that only the calls that were answered are being registered. How can we retrieve the data for the calls that were not answered?

You would need to look at your CDR data from the PBX for this type of information. That has records of all calls made.
 
If the call is unanswered, the call record would be discarded and you would not see it in the CDR either.
 
So is there no way to track numbers called regardless of answered state?
 
It's a PBX thing. It will discard the information since there is no answer. You may have a record in your outbound dialer (if you use one) that shows the information you are looking for.
