We've programmed a cell number using outbound transfer and selected Route in our mailbox admin programming but when we try it we hear a recording saying no paths are available. What might be the problem? Do we need to include the route access code with the tel number? The manual says to identify the Route code for the mailbox admin programming but we can't put a number in the box beside route.
