I have done this a few times successfully, and I now have a bit of amnesia!! I have BCM50 2.0 with the latest patch smart update installed. I have PRI, and the call pilot voicemail is set to route. Enable redirect under the set capabilities is checked also. I can dial 0 for operator just fine, but when I dial 7 to transfer to his cel number it goes to a command information message. I used the web interface for mailbox manager to set up outbound transfer. I checked the radio button, and put the cell number with 9 and without it and it does not work. Am I missing anything? I even tried to set a line and picked his target line, no luck.
