Outbound transfer /message notification on PRI

Installed a MICS 5.0 WI 6.06 with PRI and VMail 4.0.04C
Setup each mailbox with an outdial of Pool 13 (dummy pool)
Destination code of 9 grabs PRI-A in routing service.
Dial out timeout is set to 4

Outbound transfer and message notification work, but only about 30 percent of the time.
Using the reply feature in the mailbox (they have CLID) works occasionally as well, the times that it doesn't work I get "Invalid Outdial" on the diplay.
For outbound transfer, when the mailbox answers I hit '7' until it works (sometimes it takes 5 or 6 tries), but it eventually calls out.

I've had this set up before on a MICS 4.1 and it worked like a charm. Is there something wrong with MICS 5.0 WI 6.06 or am I just missing something obvious? Any help would be appreciated.

I think the latest software for the nam is 4.04e. I am not sure if that is in production/shipment yet. there were some things in the 4e for the 5.0 mics whether your problem is associated I don't know.

For a PRI use Line 001 as your outdial route. Using line 001 takes the whole span.

I know there is a product notice type thing out on WI6.02 but it was supposed to have been cleared up with 6.06

Tried Line 001 as an outdial route. The result - if I didn't put the destination code '9' before my outbound transfer number it would either go out Line 001 or say "Line/pool busy", if I put '9' before my number it worked the same way as making the outdial route Pool 13.
I think I'll try upgrading to 4.0.04e and see if that'll fix it.
