I'm also a newbie who inherited the reporting.

Which canned report do I used to determine number of outbound (DN?) calls and total talk time for the month?

Are you using basic ACD in the PBX or are you using Meridian Max or Symposium?

We're using Symposium, more specifically: Nortel Networks System Management Interface for Symposium Call Center Server Version 4.0. whew!

You should be able to track inbound and outbound call pegs with SCCS. We do it here.
