Outbound Statement emailers

Hey folks,
We've been using Outlook Express (with a MAPI module from Outlook) to send out statements.
In moving to Windows 7 (ERP 300 6.1) we are unable to use OE anymore and are looking for options. Has anyone had success with OE, Thunderbird or other non-Outlook emailers for this?

Only Outlook will work for MAPI, so your outlook is slim.
So you need to look at alternates, Printboss as Tuba says or pdfFactory or something like that.
