I have a BCM 400 with 2 PRI's installed. I can call a 1201442XXXX number but I cannot call a 1201412XXXX number, I dont see any reason this is blocked
 
Do you have the BCM Monitor program installed on your PC, If so look at the line monitor and see if the call shows up there. if the call shows on the monitor than the problem is with the PRI provider or the LD supplier.
 
The BCM monitor is on the DCM itself and can be downloaded to your PC/laptop. It will then allow you to connect to the BCM and monitor whats going on. When i connected this I saw that I was only sending out 7 digits on the same NPA I was in. So I went and the defualt for local was 7, I changed that to 10 as we have 10 digit dialing here.
 
Can I get some more details on using the BCM Monitor? I've never heard of it and have a situation where it would be quite helpful. Do you establish the connection through the LAN 1/2 ports?
