My OUTBOUND MESSAGES AWAITING CONVERSION queues have been filling up the last couple of weeks. I forgot to clear them over the weekend, and now I can't go into it and clear because it's so full. What is another way to clear them??? Please help me out!!!!!

There is a limit of 10000 messages that can be shown(which you probably already know) The only way that I know how to clean it, is by opening the conv queue on the server and let it populate. Then delete the messages about 300-500 at a time. Its a slow process, but it can be cleaned that way.

Check the directory \EXCHSRVR\IMCDATA\OUT - sometimes you find the 'queue' is in here (it depends on which bit of the IMS has stalled). Each message is stored as a seperate file. You can just delete the files to purge the queue, although I'd probably stop the IMS first.
