I have a newly installed Notel system with Call Pilot 100/150 installed with the newest software. I haven't been able to get the outbound transfer to work. When the call is transfered a new line blinks on for a second then disconnects and the caller hears "the rounting information configured for this call is not valid". The transfer works if I access the voicemail box from an extension on the system, but not from an external call. Any thoughts on why this might be?

Cheers.

do u have 100 or 150?
is the MICS version 6.1 MR? or is it a CICS

what kind of lines are there in teh system?

is there any remote restriction filters turned ON?

did you ever get this to work? Having the same problem to day on an 0x32 w/6.1 and CP150. Using pots lines, you can see the specified line be accessed, then the routing information message kicks in.
Thanks
Tom

Sounds like you guys have restrictions on your outbound transfer capabilities.
