Outbound mail to craigslist ads

I am getting the following error whenever we send mail to one of craigslist anon email addresses.

kk4dt-2803752869@sale.craigslist.org
omta19.westchester.pa.mail.comcast.net #550 5.1.0 Authentication required ##


Not sure how to fix this. Any suggestions?

What's your reverse DNS record say? Does it match your SMTP domain or MX record?

Are you blacklisted?
