Outbound Log

Is there a way you can log your outbound emails. I want to make sure no "spam" is going out of my exchange server. Earthlink has blocked all incoming emails from me saying one possibility is i am sending spam. Just wanted to know if I could look at the amount of outbound email

The smtp protocol log if all you want is the header. OI think earthlink uses brightmail for spam filtering. You might want to check it out and see what criteria they use to determine that a domain is sending spam.
