We have a 1 cluster 4 server 4.13srs8a CM

Having an issue with only one of my remote sites having outbound local calls drop after 2 min on both PRI's on 2 different local routers, LD calling is ok all the time. My user gets a beep when the local call drops, my debug shows 'normal call clearing'. Carrier saying its not them but looks like its them to me. Any input would be helpful.

Where is the disconect coming from before you get the normal call clearing? the call manager or the provider side?
Start there.

debug isdn q931 on that gateway should tell you where the disconnect is originating..

Here is the debug: can you tell me who is disconnecting first, calling party or called party ?

Almost seems that they hang up the call on your end. Are you having any crc errors?

No errors at all.. it does look like a normal phone call that my guys just hangs up on. I have my network guys taking a look at this but from a CM perspective everything looks normal. I will post resolve as soon as I get it.Thx for all the help !

Latest update:
My guys are now saying its only happening on 2 7960s not on all the phones.
I have sent out 2 new phones and will see what the users experience with their local calls. Sounds like a goose chase..

This happens to me alot at one of our sites. But they were using Simens digital and forwarding digits to local.
