Outbound Line Identifier on MICS 7.0 with PRI

I'm having an issue with #OLI on a MICS 7.0 with PRI...

My client has two tennants on his system but I can't get the OLI to appear for one of the tenants.

The PRI is only generating main OLI for the primary business.

Any ideas on this one?

You need to check with your carrier and make sure they will allow it.

Thanks hawks,

the system was working properly until I had a combo card fail a few weeks back, I replaced the combo card and now the system won't allow the OLI to broadcast for this tenant.

I know I'm overlooking some minute / obscure detail in the programming...
