I have a customer with a MICS 6.1 PRI. I control the OLI number, is there any way I can change the name that is presented?
I tried changing the business name but that seems to have no effect.

I never put the Business Name in because in early release it caused all kinds of problems

I thought it only works when you have a PRI active, nice to know if it works.
