Outbound historical report issua

Hi all,
I have an issue with the Campaign call details report.
some desposition code appear appear blank although all other parameter(call duration-call time-talk duration-....etc) for this call is exist.
any one can interpret to me what does it mean???

If by desposition code, you mean activity code, have you verified the codes are in the Configuration? Are you using a standard Symposium report or a customized one? Verify also that in Historical Reporting storage has been alloted to collect this type of data.

Hi All,
Am meaning desposition code for the outbound reports.
i couldn't attche sample of the report to ceck it your self.
it's standard report.
you can see this report under Outbound Reports-->Campaign Call Details.

When you set up your campaign you choose, which deposition codes the campaign should use, as I recall - perhaps the relevant campaign does not use the codes?
