Outbound FXO Trunks

Hello,

have a site that has inbound DID trunks on a FXS DID card and then outbound trunks on a FXO card. When they place a call out the person receiving the call see one of the outbound trunk number (their not 2-way thunks). Is there a way on the router I can over-ride that number and send the front desk DID? Thanks

Caller ID on analog trunks cannot be manipulated by the PBX. It's a technology limitation. Usually analog DID trunks are two way, which would solve your problems. Check with your provider if they can make the DIDs two way.
