Outbound Forwarding or twining not work on PRI, but others do. 406 3.2

Hello Gurus,

We recently upgraded from a bunch of analog trunks to a Comcast PRI. So far it has been uneventfull, with the sole exception of the fact that we are unable to forward calls to extensions to external numbers. Calling the same number on a speed dial or manually functions properly. I do have the off-switch transfer enabled (or uninhibited) as well as the Allow Outgoing Transfer.

What I am attempting to do is to have an off-site employee who has an extension, and I just want any calls to that extension to be forwarded to the employee's external number (91323xxxxxxx). I have tried both forwarding and twinning with no success.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello Gurus,

Never mind! I found the problem.

It was the User's No Answer Time, which was set to 2 seconds, so after 2 seconds the forwarding was cancelled and the call sent to the user's voicemail.

I increased this time significantly and it all works properly now.
