Outbound fax not working

[xnortel]

Callpilot rls 5 outbound fax not working. Checked rpl, fqdn, ncos on agents. New install with latest peps. Inbound fax and voicemail working fine. Checked unauthencated outbound fax also. Included cptrace. Any suggestions would be helpfull.

Not sure if you can send fax to any fax machine.

1. You need check your fqdn correctly set in the MS Window sever and callpilot manager.

2. check fax dn is good one or not.
