I'm running Exchange Server 5.5 SP4 on Windows NT 4 Server SP 6a. My problem is when my users send email to an "outside" domain our messages are unreadable. The message is replaced with random letters lower and Caps. Reading into the email it gives this one clue, "This message is in MIME format. Since your mail reader does not understand this format, some or all of this message may not be legible. I can send and receive email "in-house" fine. It's just when we send email outside our domain, people that receive our email can't read it. How do I stop this? Any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated.
