We are running GroupWise 5.5 on a Novell 5.1 server. The problem we are experiencing is extrodinary long delays in outgoing email getting to external addresses. For example, I sent myself a message from work to my home address last night and didn't receive the message at home until this morning.
At the same time, inbound email works flawlessly... we get messages as soon as they are sent.
The only thing I can find that obviously wrong looking at the server log is a constant attempt to send a message to an address that is giving a 450 host down error. This message comes up every 2-3 minutes. Would this cause our outgoing mail to delay this much?
