I would like assistance or suggestions on how i can come up with a way around outbound Dialing.
I have configured a number on my Avaya IPO e.g. 011 921 9000 when you dial this number from anyway outside of our network it should allow you to dial any number and confirm by pressing the # then the system dials the number. Please assist with any suggestion that will trigger the system and allow you to dial any number once you dial 011 921 9000

So you're talking about DISA?
Security risk. This is what OneX mobile and VPN phones are for.

Now experiencing escalation fatigue.

Bad move!

Really bad move. You are effectively saying to people, ring this number and onward dial to anywhere adn I'll pay the bill

Unless of course you are a hacker...

Take Care

Matt
I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

I will protect the the number with a Pin Code and only people with the code will be able to use the function

It's called DISA.
It's a feature we're not going to just give away for the world to see.
Even 10 years ago the guys understood the security risk. Hope this thread helps:
