I have an analog phone line setup to remove the need to dial 8 but if the phone number happens to use a valid extension then it ignores the dial out and calls the extension. Example: analog line dials 15162345678, 1516 is a valid extension, then it dials the extension and ignores the rest. I am sure I have a short code wrong. I originally had only the first 3 and adding the additional to try and fix this issue. Thank you

Extensions take priority over outbound dialing. Once it matches an extension, it will send it there regardless of the shortcode created. If you want to dial out using 1 as the first digit, you'll need to renumber the extensions to start with a 2 or something else.
