Hello Folks.
I’m currently looking for an outbound dialer that can call a list of clients that I have with this in play I would like for the calls to be made automatically when a customer picks up they have a Recorded message that plays. The customer can either choice to Be connected to an agent or could cancelled the call…

Another feature that I’m looking for is that when a customer has placed an order, and they have a tracking number they can call a number put in a pin or something and it gives them their status.

What would be the best choice that I can use?
What would be the prices I will be looking at?

Thanks Guys I appreciate your time and help

Berbee makes a great paging/text system, the informacast that is really easy to use and set up. You can even DL a trial.

Hmm Seems like no one knows what I’m talking about when I contact these people, and the funny part is that so many people use this type of service, Like Dentist to do appointments or Real estate companies to advertise...

immaxplu,
The solution you are looking for is two-fold.

(a) Outbound Dialer with Call Progress Detection (CPD)
(b) IVR Self-Service application to check the order status based on the Order Number or whatever criteria chosen.

You may wish to chck this out on Cisco site

Or contact Cisco Reseller to assist you.
These ar straight-forward solutions, nothing complex at all.

I've tried dealing with Cisco directly and nothing I have had no luck they send me to their partner locater on their website and tell me to call each vendor. When I call the vendors most don’t know why someone keeps calling and asking for Cisco products, they advise me that they have never delt with them nor have any products to which they can help me with.

I don’t know what should be the next step onto getting the CPD OR the IVR

We've just purchased an appliance from IPCelerate that can do this. We are having them customer write an application for us that will do a database dip to pull the customer information based on a delivery date that we specify. when the customer is called they will have an option to press 1 to accept the del. date or press 2 to transfer to a customer service agent. We are going one step further and going back to the database and updating a field with the result of the call. I don't know if they deal directly with end users or only through a dealers. We used a company called NetTeks in Glastonbury, CT (860) 633-4190. If what you're looking for is similar to what we are doing it may be beneficial for you to call NetTeks. Our reps. name there is Kelly Freitas. She's very familiar with how we wanted this setup.

Good Luck.
