Outbound dialer with CCMM

Hi all,

I have a project but i don't know if it is possible with CCMM or not. (I have callpilot also)
I want to call customers automatically and let them listen an announcement like "we are calling from ... ..We want to give information about... If you accept press 1 if not press 2". If customer will press 1, call will be routed to a CDN.If costomer will press 2, call will be disconnected.

Do you have any idea about it?

This is not possible with CCMM alone. Outbound campaigns with the CCO (Contact Center Outbound) component of CCMM is designed to offer progressive or preview calls to an agent along with a script.

For the kind of functionality you require, you would require an IVR system, something like Nortels MPS 500 platform.
