Outbound dialer: call causes and call details

Questions about Oudbound dialer:

1) How many phone numbers are allowed to the outbound engine, I have been told that the maximum lenght is 30 characters, it means just 2 phone numbers!
2) Is there a way to declare the status of unanswered destinations (fax, invalid destination, busy, etc?) into the reports?

If the max length is 30 that's per phonenumber, you don't have all the number in the same column on your import file.

I don't know for the reports, but you can export the jobs and in the control file specify the status of each job..
