Outbound CLI

I have an Option 11 running on Version 2121 Release 4 and i'm having trouble setting up outbound CLI.

Exchange is set to send out CLI

Have set up the following

But I can't get anything other than 'Private Number' displayed. Am I missing something, if so what is it?
 
Are you planning on sending out one number or a DID number?. The attached guide I did was for UK versions of PRI done many years ago, but the method wouldn't have changed that much. Follow the part for exchange number 326800 as this was not a DID number.

Generally speaking, I recall that the outgoing number to be displayed needed the local area code entered in "HNTN" and the local number placed in "HLCL"
