Outbound CID on SIP Trunk

We have a customer running 8.1.56 with SIP trunks from Cox Communications.
The outbound CID only shows the users 3 digit ext number.
Can someone point me in the right direction as to how I can set it for the main number, or even the users DID?

Under SIP URI, put in manually the URI you want to show.
In display name, put "Use credentials contact" and under sip credentials, in contact put the business name
