Outbound CID, IPO406 SW4.2.23

If the IPO controls the User outbound CID can it send the company name or is that still controlled by the service provider?

In the States, the IPO cannot control name, only number. The carrier attaches the name according to what the IPO is sending for the number. I think it varies by region though.
