Outbound calls yes Inbound calls no, why?

Hi, sorry for my English but im spanish,I have a Cisco Router 1760 and six ip-phones 7905, 1 FXO with 2 ports and 1 FXS 2 ports too.
I have all connected and i can make calls to the pstn and to my ip phones (local calls) but i cant recieve incoming calls...thats its my problem, I tried lot of things but .....someone can help me.

turn on "debug isdn q931" and post to outcome of the trace here, also try to play arounf with the "dial-peer voice xx voip" command.

It all comes back to the face that under the voice ports, you don't have a command telling it where to go when someone calls in..

The voice ports don't know to direct the call to any particular station unless you tell it to..
