I have a customer with 6 analog lines, inbound calls are no problem, but on outbound calls they want one group's calls to go out on say lines 1-2-3 and another group to go out on 4-5-6.

I thought I could accomplish this thru LCR with two groups and different priority levels. But, alas, that was not the answer

Any suggestions (I'd like to keep the "9" dac for both groups if possible)?

Thanks,
franke

A possible solution:

Divide the 6 lines into different "Outgoing group ID". Make 3 of them ID0 and the rest ID1.

Then make sure that there is no dial-shortcodes in system-shortcodes, at least if you're using 2.1(27), which has a shortcode-bug.

Then on each user, make dial shortcodes, like these:

SC: ?
TN: .
ID: 0 or 1
Feature: Dial

Thanks NuggiFirst I will let you know how it worked.
