Hi,
We did an upgrade from CS1000 5.5 to 7.5. The agents now when they do an outbound calls they become not ready which is affecting there stat for not being ready. Before the agent when they do an outbound call they would go on something like busy or something like that. I can't remember on what they were on but it was not on not ready. If someone could help. Thanks
