Is it possible to have the Merlin Messaging system AA attendand transfer a user to a remote office (different phone number) when a certain menu branch is reached?
Set up a phantom/adjunct extension that is forwarded to the remote office. Then when the extension is selected from the menus, the call is trunk-to-trunk forwarded out.
